Scholarship 1 — First Generation Graduate Concession
For students who are the first graduate in their family.
Eligibility:
- Student is the first person in their family to pursue graduation (parents/siblings never completed a degree)
- Annual family income: ≤ ₹2.5 lakh/year (certificate from Tahsildar)
- Must submit affidavit + income certificate at time of admission

Scholarship 2 — AICTE Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme
- Waiver: 100% tuition fee for 4 years
- Eligibility: Annual family income ≤ ₹8 lakh; merit-based selection
- Seats: 5% supernumerary seats in participating SF colleges (over and above regular intake)
- Applied through the college after joining; not through TNEA
Scholarship 3 — BC / MBC Post-Matric Scholarship (Tamil Nadu Govt.)
- For BC, BCM, MBC, DNC students
- Annual income limit: ₹2 lakh for BC; ₹2.5 lakh for MBC
- Covers maintenance allowance + fees partially
- Applied through BC/MBC Welfare Department annually
Scholarship 4 — SC/ST/SCA Post-Matric Scholarship
- For SC, SCA, ST students
- Full fee reimbursement + maintenance allowance
- No income limit for SC/ST
- Applied through Adi Dravidar Welfare / Tribal Welfare Department
7.5% Quota — Full Fee Waiver (Reminder)
Students admitted under the 7.5% Government School Quota receive a complete fee waiver — tuition + hostel + development fees — paid by the TN Government per G.O. (Ms) No. 221/2021. No income limit. (See Page 5 for full details.)
TFC Counselling Fee — Refund Policy (2026)
The 2026 brochure introduces an explicit refund clause for TFC counselling fees:
"If a candidate does not join the provisionally allotted college, 75% of the TFC counselling fee is refundable after the prescribed approval process. 25% is retained as administrative charge."
